Irfan Ahadi Tachrir started his career as a lawyer at Notodisurjo & Associates prior to join Indonesia giant cellular operator Telkomsel in 1997 as Senior Legal Counsel. He then became Head of Corporate Counsel. He has deep experience in the legal area of corporate, telecommunications, labour and procurement contracts. He joined the firm from 2021 after his retirement from Telkomsel.

Before joining MHP Law Office, Witty worked as a Senior Associate in Makarim & Taira S. Counsellors at Law (1999-2008), PT Sun Microsystems Indonesia (2008-2012), PT Pfizer Indonesia (2012-2013) and PT Roche Indonesia (2016-2018).
