Irfan Ahadi Tachrir, S.H

Irfan Ahadi Tachrir started his career as a lawyer at Notodisurjo & Associates prior to join Indonesia giant cellular operator Telkomsel in 1997 as Senior Legal Counsel. He then became Head of Corporate Counsel. He has deep experience in the legal area of corporate, telecommunications, labour and procurement contracts. He joined the firm from 2021 after his retirement from Telkomsel.

Graduate from University of Padjadjaran, Bandung. He participated in overseas legal and business courses at prominent universities.

Dr. Yuni Pratikno joined MHP Law Office as a License and Permit Specialist. He has over 25 years of working experience, as a senior practitioner.

Before joining MHP Law Office, Dr. Yuni worked as Managing Partner and Commissioner at PT Prama Daksa Infotama. He is also currently serving as a Vice Chairman 1 Academic Affairs and Lecturer at IMMI School of Management Jakarta.

During his 25 years of experience, he has given consultations, training, and seminars to several universities, companies, and both governmental and private institutions. He has expertise in various fields, namely Risk Management of Non-Bank Financial Services Institution and Pension Fund Management.

Dr.Yuni Pratikno is a member of the LSPDP Institute of Certification, a member of Association of Pension Fund Indonesia, and a member of Asosiasi Dosen Indonesia.

Witty Refitasari joined MHP Law Office in 2019. She has 17 years working experience both as a senior associate in a law firm and in-house counsel at multinational companies in Indonesia.

Before joining MHP Law Office, Witty worked as a Senior Associate in Makarim & Taira S. Counsellors at Law (1999-2008), PT Sun Microsystems Indonesia (2008-2012), PT Pfizer Indonesia (2012-2013) and PT Roche Indonesia (2016-2018).

During her almost ten years as a professional lawyer with Makarim & Taira S. (one of Indonesia’s leading full-service business law firms), she handled various projects ranging from foreign investment, property, merger and acquisitions, insurance as well as mining and oil gas. From 2008 to 2018, she served as an in-house counsel for IT company and pharmaceuticals companies.

Witty is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2007, member of Legal Working Group of IPMG (International Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Companies Group) (2016 – present) and member of Information and Technology Working Group of Eurocham (2016 – present).

Haris Septiansyah joined MHP Law Office in October 2015. Haris graduated with cum laude predicate from Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University major in Criminal Law in 2011.

As a student, Haris participated in various national moot court competitions among others anti Money Laundering moot court competition held by Trisakti University in 2008 of which Faculty of Law UNDIP team won 1st place, ALSA National Moot Court in 2009 of which UNDIP law faculty team was ranked 3rd. Haris is also active in various legal advocacy activities aimed at the wider community through ALSA LC Diponegoro University including advocacy regarding land registration and the introduction of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.

Before joining MHP Law Office, Haris worked as an Associate at SRS Lawyers for 4 (four) years. Haris has been appointed and registered as an advocate at Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) since 2015.

In 2017, Haris obtained a Studeren scholarship in Netherlands (StuNed) to obtain a master's degree in law (LL.M) at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. After completing the program and obtaining the master's degree, in October 2018, Haris resumed to the MHP Law Office.

In addition, Haris has represented the interests of local and foreign clients in various legal fields such as civil disputes in the district court and arbitration, bankruptcy and postponement of debt repayment obligations (PKPU) in commercial courts, industrial relations settlement in the bipartite, tripartite level, and relationship courts industrial, criminal cases at the police level, and cases of business competition in the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU).

M. Adnan Rifky joined the MHP Law Office as an Associate in November 2021. Adnan obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Trisakti in 2013 and Master of Laws from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2017.

Prior to joining MHP Law Office, Adnan worked as an Associate at a law firm in Jakarta. Adnan has handled various dispute matters, regarding Civil, Criminal, State Administration, Manpower issues and provided general company legal advice.

Adnan was appointed and registered as an advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2016. At the MHP Law Office, Adnan assists clients in various matters related to commercial litigation and advice related to legal compliance.

During his time at Faculty of Law UGM, Rayhan actively joined various organizations including Asian Law Students' Association Local Chapter Universitas Gadjah Mada (ALSA LC UGM) as staff, Business Law Community Faculty of Law Universitas Gadjah Mada (BLC FH UGM) as staff, and Student Council Faculty of Law Universitas Gadjah Mada (DEMA Justicia) as President. Prior to his role as President of DEMA Justicia, Rayhan was appointed as Head of the Strategic and Policy Studies Department of DEMA Justicia with the responsibility of leading the team to conduct various legal studies, one of which was a comprehensive study of Law 11/2020 or often known as the omnibus law regarding job creation.
