Irfan Ahadi Tachrir, S.HSenior Counsel
Irfan started his career as a lawyer at Notodisurjo & Associates prior to join Indonesia giant cellular operator Telkomsel in 1997 as Senior Legal Counsel. He then became Head of Corporate Counsel. He has deep experience in the legal area of corporate, telecommunications, labour and procurement contracts. He joined the firm from 2021 after his retirement from Telkomsel.
Graduate from University of Padjadjaran, Bandung. He participated in overseas legal and business courses at prominent universities.

Witty Refitasari joined MHP Law Office in 2019. She has 17 years working experience both as a senior associate in a law firm and in-house counsel at multinational companies in Indonesia.
Before joining MHP Law Office, Witty worked as a Senior Associate in Makarim & Taira S. Counsellors at Law (1999-2008), PT Sun Microsystems Indonesia (2008-2012), PT Pfizer Indonesia (2012-2013) and PT Roche Indonesia (2016-2018).
During her almost ten years as a professional lawyer with Makarim & Taira S. (one of Indonesia’s leading full-service business law firms), she handled various projects ranging from foreign investment, property, merger and acquisitions, insurance as well as mining and oil gas. From 2008 to 2018, she served as an in-house counsel for IT company and pharmaceuticals companies.
Witty is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2007, member of Legal Working Group of IPMG (International Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Companies Group) (2016 – present) and member of Information and Technology Working Group of Eurocham (2016 – present).
Witty speaks Indonesian and English.

Haris joined MHP Law Office in October 2015. Haris graduated with cum laude predicate from Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University major in Criminal Law in 2011.
As a student, Haris participated in various national moot court competitions among others anti Money Laundering moot court competition held by Trisakti University in 2008 of which Faculty of Law UNDIP team won 1st place, ALSA National Moot Court in 2009 of which UNDIP law faculty team was ranked 3rd. Haris is also active in various legal advocacy activities aimed at the wider community through ALSA LC Diponegoro University including advocacy regarding land registration and the introduction of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.
Before joining MHP Law Office, Haris worked as an Associate at SRS Lawyers for 4 (four) years. Haris has been appointed and registered as an advocate at Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) since 2015.
In 2017, Haris obtained a Studeren scholarship in Netherlands (StuNed) to obtain a master's degree in law (LL.M) at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. After completing the program and obtaining the master's degree, in October 2018, Haris resumed to the MHP Law Office.
In MHP Law Office, Haris assists clients in projects and transactions related to company law, issues related to telecommunications, bankruptcy and business competition. In addition, Haris has represented the interests of local and foreign clients in various legal fields such as civil disputes in the district court and arbitration, bankruptcy and postponement of debt repayment obligations (PKPU) in commercial courts, industrial relations settlement in the bipartite, tripartite level, and relationship courts industrial, criminal cases at the police level, and cases of business competition in the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU).
Dzulyan Wishardy Alwi, S.H.Associate

Dzulyan Wishardy Alwi joined MHP Law Office as a junior associate on August 2019. He received his law degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Yogyakarta in 2016, concentrating in Business Law.
During his time as a college student, Dzulyan was active in participating in international moot court competitions, such as International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot held by Murdoch University, Australia in 2013 held in Southampton, United Kingdom, where the UGM Faculty of Law team succeeded in making it into the quarterfinals.
Before joining MHP Law Office, Dzulyan has worked as a Legal Administrator to take part in a Legal Due Diligience for a Telecomunication project that is conducted by one of the law firms in Jakarta and has also worked as a Legal Intern at an investment manager company in Jakarta. Dzulyan has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam by PERADI and is waiting to be sworn in At MHP Law Office, Dzulyan aids clients in various matters regarding legal opinions, corporate and commercial law, IT and telecommunication.
Dzulyan is a native Indonesian speaker and is fluent in English.
Ahmad Amirul Mukminin, S.H.Associate

Amirul joined MHP Law Office as an Associate in November 2020. Amirul obtained his Bachelor of Laws (SH) from Gadjah Mada University in 2016. Prior to joining Muhtar Halim & Partners Law Office, Amirul worked at Daud Silalahi Lawencon & Associates as a junior associate.
Amirul has assisted clients in handling various matters concerning environment, mining, corporate and commercial, employment, legal assistance in criminal, civil cases, and dispute resolution outside the court.
Amirul has experience in representing the interests of local and foreign clients in the fields of environmental law such as forest and land wildfires (karhutla) and hazardous and toxic waste materials (B3).
Amirul is an advocate who has been sworn in and registered with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2020. Amirul has experience in both litigation and non-litigation fields.

Lalita Amalia, S.H.Junior Associate

Lalita joined MHP Law Office as Junior Associate in November 2020. She received her law degree (S.H.) from University of Indonesia (UI), in 2019. Concentrating in Business Law.
During her period as a college student, Lalita actively participated in organizational activities in the faculty, such as joined Asian Law Students’ Association Local Chapter University of Indonesia (ALSA LC UI), and Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Law (BEM FHUI). Also participated in Internal Contract Drafting Competition (ICDC), held by Business Law Society Faculty of Law University of Indonesia (BLS FHUI).
Before joining MHP Law Office, Lalita worked as a Junior Associate in Wilberforce Argo Law Firm and as a Legal Intern in legal division at Treasury Directorate General of Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia.

Annisa Azura Tagar, S.HJunior Associate

Azura joined MHP Law Office as a Junior Associate in February 2021. Azura obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (S.H.) in 2020 from Gadjah Mada University, with a focus on the concentration of Business Law with the predicate cum laude.
As a law student, Azura is active in participating in various student organizations, such as Asian Law Students' Association Local Chapter at Gajah Mada University(ALSA LC UGM) and Center for Law, Technology, RegTech & LegalTech Studies at Gajah Mada University (CTRL). Azura has participated in an internship as a Legal Intern at one of the leading law firms and at the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Azura has also attended Summer School, Universiteit Uthrect, The Netherlands with courses "European Politics and Economy".
